چکیده

Introduction
Developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) includes femoral head subluxation or dislocation and/or acetabular dysplasia. The gold standard treatment for DDH during walking age remains controversial. Treatment modalities that have been proposed to treat after are osteotomy and pelvic osteotomy. aim this study was assess radiographic results surgical age.
 Case Presentation
Four patients were included in study. All presented with underwent varus derotational (VDRO). Measurements index (AI) migration percentage (MP) done on x-ray before procedure outcome.
 Conclusion
This showed satisfactory outcomes following ambulatory terms AI. Further more samples is needed higher level certainty.

Pedobarographic Analysis Following Pemberton's Pericapsular Osteotomy for Unilateral Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip

Successful clinical and radiographic outcomes have been reported in patients with unilateral developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) following Pemberton pericapsular osteotomy (PPO). However, residual gait deviations are seen in both the affected and unaffected limbs. To date it is not known whether these deviations result in abnormal plantar pressure in such patients. This study investigated ...

Radiological and clinical results of rotational acetabular osteotomy combined with femoral intertrochanteric osteotomy for avascular necrosis following treatment for developmental dysplasia of the hip.

This retrospective study assessed the radiographic results of 16 patients with avascular necrosis following treatment for developmental dislocation of the hip (DDH) who were subsequently treated between 1991 and 2005 by rotation acetabular osteotomy (RAO) combined with femoral intertrochanteric osteotomy (FIO). Initial treatment was by Pavlik harness, cast fixation, or overhead traction. The pa...

Varus derotation osteotomy for persistent dysplasia in congenital dislocation of the hip. Proximal femoral growth and alignment changes in the leg.

We studied the morphological changes in the proximal femur in 42 patients (42 hips) who had had varus derotation osteotomy of the upper femur for residual acetabular dysplasia and congenital subluxation of the hip and who did not show deformity of the head of the femur. In 19 patients the alignment of the whole leg was examined. The femoral neck-shaft angle (FNSA) at the final examination was u...
